EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY WE WILL NOT BE USING USPS as a shipping provider UNTIL JANUARY 2021.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM (NOON) EST will ship out the same day unless the order requires ID/address verification or an order update requested solely by the customer. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays or holidays. If an uncontrollable event affects our Warehouse, all orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. All promotion & holiday orders ship out within 72 hours. However, during all sales as well as promotions and holidays shipping times may be affected.
Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping. When a customer places an order, they will be provided with an estimated date of delivery, based on the availability of the selected items and the shipping address.
Shipping during holidays: Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping for all holiday & promotional orders.

Free Shipping [7 to 9 business days] - Signature confirmation is NOT included and your package is not insured
Standard Shipping [5 to 7 business days] - Signature confirmation is NOT included and your package is not insured
Priority Shipping [3-5 business days] - Signature confirmation is required & is included in this rate.
Priority Express Shipping [1-2 business days] - Signature confirmation is required & is included in this rate.
All Virgin Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
All Virgin Hair is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due their negligence and failure to meet your expectation. ALL VIRGIN HAIR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER. Unfortunately, All Virgin Hair is unable to dispense any refunds or credits regarding these matters. Warehouse Holiday Schedule: (Closed)
No items will be processed or shipped on these days, nor do these days count as a business day.

Signature May Be Required: A signature may be required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing or shipping information enter by the customer will cause processing delays as well possible cancelation. If you need additional information, please email info@allvirginhair.com.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. All orders may require signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES.
We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
Currently, All Virgin Hair does not ship to international addresses.
Returns/Exchange:
DUE TO COVID-19 (Coronavirus), no refunds will be permitted at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
