Shipping and Returns
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NOON) EST ship the same business day unless verification or customer-requested changes are required. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays. Promotional and holiday orders may take up to 72 hours to ship. Uncontrollable events may delay processing to the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard processing: Up to 2 business days
- Holiday & promotional processing: Up to 4 business days
Shipping Methods
- Free Shipping: 7–9 business days (No signature, not insured)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (No signature, not insured)
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days (Signature required)
- Priority Express: 1–2 business days (Signature required)
Shipping Responsibility
All Virgin Hair is not responsible for delays due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Claims must be filed directly with UPS or USPS. For claim support, email info@allvirginhair.com with your claim number.
Warehouse Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Signature Requirement
A signature may be required upon delivery. Incorrect billing or shipping details may cause delays or cancellation. Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout.
Address & P.O. Box Policy
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders containing a P.O. Box will be canceled. Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and shipping information. Address changes cannot be made once an order is processing or shipped. Returned packages will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International Shipping
At this time, All Virgin Hair does not offer international shipping.
